Alexander J. (Jay) Hyatt III

MGF is a rather 'flat' organization, so the General Director must wear many hats. My aim is to glorify Jesus Christ by serving the MGF Board and missionaries in representing MGF to other organizations, implementing the policies of the MGF Board, developing encouraging and accountable relationships with the MGF missionaries and ensuring that all of our operations are conducted with integrity, transparency and faithfulness to God.

Grew up as a MGF kid since 2006, Married in 2021.
I would like to assist MGF, under the direction of God, grow as an organization. Help manage and operate the administrative end, so the missionaries can focus on preparing the harvest for Christ.
Joined the MGF staff since 2019.

My name is Leslie, and I have been a follower of Christ for most of my life. He led me to MGF in 2013 as a secretary, and I've been blessed to be a part of such a wonderful family of believers. I love what I get to do and who I get to interact with -- co-workers (including missionaries) and donors alike.

I joined the MGF family in 2023. I am excited to be a part of a Spirit-led organization that supports missionaries who are sharing the gospel. I look forward to seeing what God will do through this community of faith.

Wendy Meents

When I was a little girl of six years old, a missionary came to our church several times and spoke of his ministry and showed pictures. Even though I did not know Jesus at age six, I wanted to be a missionary from that time forward and when I did meet Jesus as my Savior and Lord at age 22, the desire was still there. God did allow me to go as a short-term missionary overseas several times, and has given me mission fields here in the States, through family, friends, neighbors and jobs. And now, here at MGF, he has opened up this wonderful opportunity to serve Him by serving in this fellowship.
