Thank you, LORD, for your sustaining grace and mercy. I have my Gastroparesis somewhat under control again with increased medication. Pray I can get some help with insurance for the cost of this medication, which has gone up to over a hundred dollars for a month’s supply. Rose Waltner

August 2017 Prayer Letter

Dear Prayer Partners:

Your partnership with me during July with your prayers. God greatly supplied all my expenses. Since Dad and Mom had purchased stacked grave plots when we first moved here to Las Cruces, neither of their burying expenses were as great as they could have been. Since I didn’t have any visitation and only small graveside services for both of them, my expenses were far less than what they could have been.

Without both Dad and Mom and the need to spend much time at the health care facility, my afternoons and evenings feel really empty even though I have been keeping busy with things that have been left undone.

I have been spending a couple hours each morning at the hospital doing office work and visitation. I want to start doing some one-on-one visitation at the health care center but haven’t worked out a time as yet. I did visit the day Mom passed and one other day, though.

I’m looking forward to being able to attend my mission’s conferences if the Lord tarries His coming.

Lovingly and with my thoughts and prayers,
Rose Waltner

I thank God for His continued watch and care over me through those who have allowed God to bless and provide for me following my mom’s passing with prayers and finances to see me through the extra expenses. I long to be used of God to reach out to people not affiliated with any church or religion at the hospital. I am spending more time in visitation at the hospital now that Mom no longer needs me.
